November

Wow its hard to realize that Novemeber was 3 months ago, cause it still seems like it just happened! The month was really busy for Jesse and I as far as work was concerned. Jesse had alot of projects going on- all for partners, and we lost an employee at my firm leaving me with to pick up the slack. Needless to say it was stressful and for me, did not help any with the early pregnancy woes.

Siven continued to do well at his daycare, and adjusting to his new room. During this month he really got a better feel for his teachers and really started to open up with them. In return they all commented on how sweet and smart he was, and how much they enjoyed having them in their classroom. They had a Thanksgiving dinner, which I attended. Siven sat at his little table with a paper indian (i know not pc) headband around his head and enjoyed showing me the circle on his table where his cup belonged.

For Thanksgiving itself- we hit the road and drove back to OZ to be with the family. Siven did great in the truck...all thanks to a potty chair in the back shell and a portable DVD player. He didn't (and still thankfully doesn't) watch TV all that much- but when there wasn't anything else to do, he was very entertained by it. It was super great to see the family, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, brothers, and great-grandmothers. Siven LOVED every ounce of attention he got, and still to this day talks about certain people and events that occured that weekend. Such as, he loves speaking of his Auntie Merrie, who played with him on the playground and more recently is the girl who appears on the boxes of raisens (according to him). He also informs us regulary that he knows how to play tennis, as Uncle Steve taught him and he hit the ball to Daddy over the net; and he reminds us about bowling with Grandma and pushing the ball fast.
